Accredited members of the press are invited to apply for media credentials to cover the 39th Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition (EVS39) in Long Beach, California, June 21–24, 2026. Media credentials provide access to keynote sessions, Market Builders and Juried Paper Session programming, and the exhibit hall.

Eligibility: Media credentials are available to working journalists, editors, producers, and content creators who cover transportation, technology, energy, sustainability, or related fields. Applicants must be affiliated with a recognized media outlet or demonstrate a consistent record of published work.

Required Documentation - Applicants must submit:

• Name, title, and media affiliation
• A link to recent bylined work (published within the last 6 months)
• A brief description of planned EVS39 coverage
• For freelancers: an assignment letter or proof of recent publication
• For digital creators: links to active channels and audience metrics

Restrictions: Media credentials are not issued to sales, advertising, or business development personnel. EVS39 reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion.
