Lecture

Title of Presentation – 30 Words Maximum
Suggested 10 slides maximum, please respect 20-minute time allotment.
Use a minimum 24 pt font for body text
Keep slides concise (6–8 lines max)
High contrast colors for accessibility
Avoid dense tables; use charts or visuals
Include image credits where applicable
Respect allocated presentation time

Landscape orientation
Use graphs, charts and illustrations as much as possible. Minimize use of text and tables.
Use large, bold lettering for readability (minimum font size 14pt non-serif, e.g. Arial)
Graphic poster presentations should be readable from 2.4 meters (8 feet) away
Color will enhance poster readability and attractiveness.

Publication of Final Papers

Accepted abstracts will be accessible to conference attendees during the event, and final papers will be posted on the EVS39 website after the event.

Selected papers, recommended by members of the EVS39 program review committee, will be published in the World Electric Vehicle Association (WEVA) Journal (ISSN 2032-6653). This peer-reviewed, indexed scholarly publication is issued quarterly online by MDPI, an open access publisher.
